It is equipped with 4 instead of 2 limit indicator relays.
Consequently, limit monitoring in 4 stages is possible. (In an underground parking garage, for example, the ventilation can be set successively to stages 1, 2 and 3 when the concentration of carbon monoxide rises and, finally, the alarm "Evacuate underground parking garage" can be triggered.)
In addition, it also is possible to group the measured values of the individual measuring systems. (Thus, for example, 3 different gas measuring systems respectively can monitor the indoor air in two rooms; the limit monitor can trigger a preliminary or main alarm separately for each room.)
