Measuring is an art: Innovative gas measuring systemsJ. Dittrich Elektronic unites electronics and measuring engineering know-how to design innovative gas measuring systems with intelligent hardware and new sensors. All products are easy to operate and service, and they are characterized by precision and reliability. The evaluation and output units for the measured values are integrated in the measuring system. J. Dittrich Elektronic was founded in 1970, has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1998 and is an OEM supplier for international system companies.
With J. Dittrich Elektronic gas measuring systems, you can detect many different toxic and explosive gases and vapors in air and, consequently, recognize life- or health-threatening situations in time (e.g. danger of explosions due to leaking gas or liquefied gas in buildings, smoldering fires on ships and in hospitals, possible poisoning through chloric gas in swimming pools, carbon monoxide in underground parking garages or carbon dioxide in wineries).
Depending on the type of integrated sensor, you can systematically measure the concentration of a specific gas in the gas mixture and, hence, monitor and control it (e.g. the concentration of carbon dioxide in rooms, the oxygen content in compost formation pits or in the exhaust gas of furnaces ). | | | | | Fault-proof oxygen measuring systemJ. Dittrich Elektronic has developed a new, fault-proof oxygen measuring system based on zirconium dioxide. When applied together with coupled controllers, the oxygen measuring system decreases fuel consumption and the CO2 emission of furnaces (Innovation Prize of the State of Baden-Württemberg, Dr.-Rudolf-Eberle-Award 2002). In connection with ventilation systems, it accelerates the composting of biological waste and prevents accompanying unpleasant odors. | | | | | Low-cost infrared measuring systemA new, compact infrared measuring system measures carbon dioxide or methane significantly quicker, more accurately and at less cost than conventional infrared systems.
Gas measuring systems for carbon dioxide allow monitoring air quality in interior rooms, ensuring on-time ventilation of these rooms. An optimal concentration of carbon dioxide in greenhouses can lead to increases in the yield.
The "air quality signals", devices from this series which are easy to install and read and especially designed for schools and offices, received in November 2005 an award of recognition of the Innovation Award of the State of Baden-Württemberg, Dr.-Rudolf-Eberle-Award. | | | | | Gas measuring system(s) + limit monitor = gas indicator systemJ. Dittrich Elektronic offers safety from one supplier: In addition to the gas measuring systems, the product range comprises freely programmable, self-monitoring limit monitors which evaluate the measured signals from connected measuring systems and trigger an alarm or other subsequent functions when a value rises above or falls below a defined limit. You can put together a gas indicator system custom-tailored to your application from the different gas measuring systems and limit monitors. There are special gas indicator systems for certain applications, where the gas measuring systems and limit monitors are available only as a complete unit. |
